Delete your account
Last updated 23 September 2026
You can delete your DreamDo account yourself, at any time. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone — this page explains exactly what goes, what briefly remains, and what to do if you can no longer sign in.
If you can sign in
- Open DreamDo and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type I confirm to acknowledge that this is permanent, then confirm.
The same steps work in the Android app and on the web. Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out on every device.
If you cannot sign in
Losing access to an account does not mean losing the right to delete it. Email support@dreamdo.in from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We will verify it is yours and delete it for you.
What is deleted
Deleting removes your account row, and every record attached to it:
- Your dreams and roadmaps, with their phases, milestones, tasks and subtasks
- Todos, calendar moments, reminders and notification preferences
- Focus sessions, streaks, XP and achievements
- Saved resources and uploads
- Your profile, email address and password
- Sign-in records held against your email, including one-time codes and login attempts
- Your payment and plan records
This is a real deletion, not a deactivation and not anonymisation — the rows are removed from the database. We cannot restore an account afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.
What happens to a paid plan
Nothing needs cancelling first. DreamDo charges one-off payments for a fixed access period rather than a recurring subscription, so nothing recurs and no mandate is held at the payment provider. Deleting the account ends the access; any unused part of a paid period is not refunded automatically — see Cancellation and Refunds for when a refund applies.
What briefly remains
Backups are kept for a limited period, so deleted content can persist in backup storage for a short time after it is gone from the live database. It is not restored to the product and is overwritten as backups age out.
Nothing else is kept in the live product. For how we handle data generally, see the Privacy Policy.
