Koogai is a small, founder-led studio in Tamil Nadu, India. Most goals don't fail for lack of ambition; they fail between the big intention and the next small step. Our first product, DreamDo, closes that gap.

DreamDo
An AI goal planner, live at dreamdo.in and in testing on Android. One connected loop instead of a planner, a to-do list and a timer bolted together.
A goal becomes a roadmap
Describe the outcome you want. DreamDo's AI lays it out as phases, milestones and tasks, sized to the hours you actually have each week.
The plan becomes your day
Tasks land on a daily list and a calendar, with recurring work, reminders and a focus timer that keeps counting when the phone is locked.
An AI coach keeps it current
When you slip, the coach re-plans the work you missed instead of deleting it, and shows you the change before applying it.
Progress you can see
Roadmaps play as a quest: stages to clear, XP for finished work, streaks and badges, so consistency is visible day to day.
How we use AI
The AI proposes. You decide.
Large language models do the heavy lifting in DreamDo: drafting phased roadmaps from a one-line goal, breaking milestones into tasks, and coaching when a plan needs to change.
We keep the person in charge. Every change the AI suggests is shown before it's applied, and nothing is rewritten behind anyone's back.
